The IT Professional series trains learners for entry-level employment in IT support, help desk, desktop support and general IT maintenance positions. The focus is on broad IT knowledge, technical customer support, troubleshooting, analysis, and problem solving.
Each course in this fast-paced series will prepare you for valuable industry certifications, and those certification exam vouchers are included. To gain a broad knowledge, we recommend attending all courses in the series. However, learners are able to pick and choose which courses are best depending on your goals and experience.
