Salesforce Certification

What You’ll Learn

Every customer interaction informs decisions that shape your organization’s culture and success. In Deep Dive’s Salesforce Certification class, you will learn how to operate a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses connect with and understand their customer base. We will teach you how to build, configure, and automate technology solutions to deliver maximum business value.

The demand for candidates with hands-on experience using Salesforce systems and demonstration of in-depth Salesforce knowledge is strong and growing. Our experienced instructors will prepare you for the Salesforce Administrator certification exam or Salesforce Associate certification exam and will provide you with transferable, marketable skills.
