At Deep Dive, our goal is to help our graduates connect with employers who are looking for motivated tech talent. We have several local and remote solutions available for companies who wish to hire software developers, digital media specialists, and data professionals.
Custom Training
Deep Dive, in partnership with CNM Ingenuity, offers a variety of bootcamps and part-time classes that can be customized to provide the training your employees need.
Workforce Connections
Deep Dive collaborates with CNM Workforce and Community Success to connect employers with Deep Dive interns and connect Deep Dive learners to employers.

Your gift to the Deep Dive Scholarship Campaign will make it possible for participants to attend Deep Dive without the burden of financial obstacles. Funds will be awarded for full and partial scholarships for those with demonstrated financial need.

Demo Days
In an effort to highlight our students’ hard work, Deep Dive invites employer partners to join Demo Days, which are opportunities for our students to showcase their final Capstone projects and answer questions from the professionals in the field. This is also a great chance to learn more about the program, see what our students have learned, and identify talent.
Interview Training
Interview Training gives our learners the opportunity to build and test their interviewing skills before graduating, preparing them to be more competitive in their job hunt. It is an excellent opportunity for employers to recruit talent from our programs before they hit the job market.
Guest Speaker Opportunities
We value the insight given to our students from professionals in various industries across the country. Become a guest speaker to meet our students and teach them a skill they can benefit from after graduation.
