1. Documentation on classroom management techniques, including how to get participants to believe in themselves and in the bootcamp

For the first bootcamp that a licensee purchases, Deep Dive offers weekly one hour videoconferencing mentor meetings for 15 weeks, enough to get a bootcamp instructor through the prework and their first bootcamp. These calls are hosted by an experienced lead instructor who has taught the bootcamp before and who can answer questions about curriculum and procedure. This will provide critical help for new instructors and get them the context they need to help make sense of the large amount of curriculum for the course. 

In addition to that, licensees will be provided with up to an hour of email support each week to answer additional questions during the initial bootcamp. 

All lead instructors for bootcamps must go through the Train the Trainer course before they can lead a bootcamp. Assistant instructors may take the Train the Trainer course, but it is not included with the basic licensing package.
